The new packaging is awful. Hard to use and inconvenient. Takes ten times as long to prepare a tea bag. Can't take it anywhere for travel. Bring back the individually wrapped paper packets.

This is a great brand to make good old iced tea....simple and refreshing on our hot Texas days....or cold days too. This is also the brand that our hospital carries so I make it for our patients too. Good stuff!

Always a fav! Classic cup of tea. Best when adding lemon and honey. Not too rich in taste, but just enough to get that good tea flavor. Great hot or cold.

I do not like the new foil packs. Once open they are no longer sanitary and lose flavor quicker. I do like the stronger tags, though. It also is not as flavorful as it used to be.

My favorite black tea! We always have this on hand. I enjoy it in the evenings (yes, I know it has caffeine, it doesn't bother me). I love to add honey and lemon to this. Helps me relax at the end of a stressful day!

the lipton black tea is good value, very inexpensive and i like to make it into a milk tea. basically i brew the hot tea and then add evaporated milke. the taste is good.
