I ordered 4 boxes of 312 tea bags each. One of the boxes was severely crushed. The external shipping container was undamaged so I know the damage did not occur during shipping. I don't know if I was mistakenly given a damaged box or if Sam's was intentionally trying to off-load damaged product.

Damaged Product

I am a tea lover and enjoy a large cup of this Lipton black tea every night before bed. It is more robust than many other flavors but is very soothing when sweetened with just a little honey.
