Gold standard for hot or ice tea. Always a great depth of flavor. A smooth yet bright flavor is what you will always get. Updating the square packaging would be nice. The triangle tea bags would bring all the tea drinkers to the yard! Great price and quality.

I am very disappointed in the new packaging of the Lipton black tea tea bags. I have purchased Lipton tea in the box of 100 individually wrapped teabags for over 45 years, and prefer Lipton tea to all others. I have always kept the individual teabags in my purse, or have packed them in my suitcase when traveling. But with the current uncovered teabag I will not be able to do that. I am afraid I will have to switch to another brand of tea, and that is unfortunate. Please reconsider your packaging. I find it very wasteful and unpractical. I see by the other comments that I am not alone in this concern. Thank you for your consideration of your loyal customers' requests.

Please bring back the individually wrapped packs! I agree with the other comments, this is a hygene issue if you have guests. I wonder if this new packaging is more expensive? I have a feeling it is, because the price went up a bit too. I love Lipton tea and I've used it almost all of my life as did my parents. It's a terrific product, just please cut back on the foil and go back to the cellophane and paper. I give it 4 stars because of the packaging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally love the new packaging as now i don't need to keep the tea bags stored in a baggie once the box is opened. I open one sleeve at a time to fill my canister up. I can understand though, the problems if you want to take some on the go. I guess one could put some in snack size baggies then.

Lipton tea is definitely a known brand and can never go wrong with this. I love teas definitely another of my go to brand that I go for whenever I need to grab some more. I highly recommend this tea brand to friends and family. I love the lemon flavor one the best.

Poor and unacceptable. New flavor is awful and I dislike the sleeves instead of individually wrapped bags. Its definitely not the same tea that my granny and mom has made for the last 35 years! I will find another brand! Lipton you have lost my business

I make a batch of iced tea about every 2 days and I love that the bags are no longer individually wrapped. It was sooooo much wasted packaging! For those that comment about taking them to work - I''m sure you have a small container somewhere in your kitchen or a zip lock bag.

My go to brand for black tea. The packaging is very convenient and love that Lipton always have a bigger box. The quantity for the quality is not bad for the price. And it’s always easy to brew and open the packaging. Very easy to store as well so it’s great for parents and working adults.
