I really like the black te en it's really good it has a good flavor it did meet my expectations I wasn't really sure about black tea at first but it's really good I wouldn't improve it anyway I would recommend it to others I would buy it again I always buy it

I have been a Lipton black tea drinker for 50 years. I’ve noticed for more than a year that the flavor has changed for the worse. It does not taste the same. It is bitter and practically tasteless. I have completely stopped drinking Lipton tea at this point. My mother even agrees with me now. She didn’t notice the change at first. I’m very disappointed. The flavor of Lipton tea always use to be something you could count on.

Lipton tea is definitely a known brand and can never go wrong with this. I love teas definitely another of my go to brand that I go for whenever I need to grab some more. I highly recommend this tea brand to friends and family. I love the lemon flavor one the best.

I just bought the 100 count box and tried the tea. these are the new foil pouches with 25 bags in them. There is almost no flavor at all now. I have been drinking Lipton for almost 30 years and the flavor is so poor/weak I won't drink it anymore. Please change back to the original blend.

The foil packaging in the 100 count packages is wasteful and the taste of the tea has changed. I have been drinking Lipton black tea for many years and I was happy with the taste and the individual paper packages. The new product is not satisfactory. I will vote with my wallet and switch to another brand.

Dear Lipton, First the new packaging. I keep my tea in a glass jar with a lid. I have kept it there for 30 years. It stays nice and fresh. And since I'm a professional vocalist, I always kept a couple of packets in my purse to drink at gigs. They were convenient, and kept the tea fresh. Imagine my surprise when I opened the latest box of Lipton tea, and found foil wrapped sleeves and loose tea bags. I don't think this will help them stay fresh. and I can't just toss them in my purse anymore, can I? And what happened to the tea itself? It tastes weak, and not the same. My family has been drinking Lipton tea for at least four generations, until now. You may have to change that " America's Favorite Tea " slogan.

I buy the family size tea bags. I use 4 bags for a gallon. I grew up with very sweet and strong tea. Now, I sweeten with Splenda. This tea is higher in price than some others, but I won’t buy anything else. The flavor is excellent. I boil the water, take it off the burner, add 4 tea bags, and then let it steep for at least 20 minutes before I pour it up. I keep pouring bottled water in the pan each time I empty it so that I get all the flavor out of the tea bags. The amount you of Splenda I use is close to 3 1/2 scoops (the scoop I use is a little less than a cup). I refrigerate immediately after making it. We go through a lot of tea here at home. I’m guessing we drink over a gallon a day. I’d recommend this for sure.

I do not care for your new packaging for the 100 pack black tea bags. I do not like that loose tea gets all over the cannister or in my purse. I pack one tea bag to one packet of sweetener and it worked perfectly with slipping the sweetener packet underneath the flap of the tea bag packaging. Now I don't know how I will pack that together. I always carry tea bags and sweetener together in my purse because one time I was at a big name chain restaurant for breakfast and they did not have black tea and if I go to a restaurant and order black tea for breakfast many times I only get one tea bag and I use a new tea bag for each cup of tea that I drink. I pack tea and sweetener to go on trips with me. In a coffee shop I order hot water with the tea bag on the side and use my lipton tea bag. Thank you,

Really love the taste of Lipton tea, but very disappointed in the quality of the bags which seem to split when the water is added, resulting in having to dispose of the entire cup full. This has been going on for some time! I changed to another brand and didn’t have any problems but going back to the Lipton’s, hoping it was a bad batch - same problem!

This is my favorite type of tea to drink. I typically pair it with a little bit of milk and honey. I only recently began drinking milk tea so I’m not very educated on it like other people. But I do think it taste pretty good and is super affordable which is amazing.
