I have been drinking Lipton Tea for over 40 years. Loved the brisk flavor and always asked for it specifically at restaurants. Since you changed the packaging it is no longer the same. The bags are smaller, the quality is poor and inconsistent bag to bag. Do you no longer have any quality control? I have decided that if I am going to get cheap quality tea I might as well buy cheap tea. I am so disappointed in your recent change in quality.

I have been drinking Lipton black tea for many years, even in grade school I would have a cup of tea for my breakfast with my Mom, I am never disappointed in the rich flavor, wonderful aroma of Lipton tea....it's how I start and end my day....everyday..thank you for such a great product. I hope I can be drinking your tea for another 60 years.

I've been a Lipton tea addict for over 40 years. Now, all of a sudden, Lipton tea has NO FLAVOR. Zero. It tastes like a cup/glass of water. I will switch to Red Rose tea until I hear Lipton resumes selling real tea again. This feels like a really bad joke.

There is just something about a fresh brewed pitcher of tea. Lipton has one of the best flavors. It is my second favorite brand of tea bags to buy. I make a gallon every couple days and the tea bags last me awhile. I fell like they are worth the price.

It still has the same great taste that I have enjoyed for over 30 years as the individually wrapped tea bags! I have tried other brands but their taste is no where close to the taste of Lipton's. I also enjoy drinking the green tea both in the bottle and the tea made at home. Thank you for an great product! Keep up the good work. Just call me a satisfied customer who will not change brands!

I have been drinking Lipton tea for 30 years, having memories of drinking it with my grandmother. I drink at least two cups a day. In the past two months I have been having a horrible taste to the tea. I thought it was my creamer, then my tea kettle and finally came up with the tea itself. I am so disappointed. I look forward to my tea everyday. Not sure what changed but the taste is really bad. I also really, really don't like the new packaging. Please go back to the old way of creating the tea bags--it would be GREATLY appreciated. If it's not broken don't fix it :)

I am very unhappy with the change of packing. I loved being able to keep a couple envelopes of tea on the kitchen table lazy susan. Now that they are not wrapped, i feel it is unsanitary. I also feel that it is not keeping the flavor. I used to easily get 2 cups of tea out of one tea bag, Now it is too weak to do that. Please start individually wrapping the teabags again! I feel like I'm buying a generic tea. I miss my old Lipton.

I thought perhaps the store was out of tea when I saw that shiny wrapper through the box top but I purchased it anyway. How disappointing. I buy only black Lipton tea. Individually wrapped. How do you propose I now take an teabag or two in my purse or to work?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lipton black tea makes the perfect sun tea; no "oily" or "stale" taste to this tea. The tea doesn't get cloudy by the next day like some teas I've tried. Tastes like the sun tea my grandma used to make.
