Quality of tea, taste, packaging and overall quality has taken a massive nosedive in the recent repackaging of this tea. Lipton tea drinkers for over 40 years we have had to switch brands for the first time ever due to the quality issues. Tea does not have the same depth of flavour, tea bag and is made from a poorer quality fabric, the jingle tag falls off and to top it off the box has reduced in quality too! Massively disappointed.

We have been a Lipton family since I was a little girl, so when saw the black tea I was nervous about how it would taste. I like my black tea with a little honey in  and it was so smooth and delicious when I drank it. Seeing Lipton evolve this way definitely gave me a feeling of nostalgia...I felt like I was at home again waiting on my mama to finish Sunday dinner. Despise the foil sleeve packaging, I am now trying other teas for the main purpose of having individually wrapped tea bags again for portability. I also use tea in my small family motel and cannot leave open tea bags out for guests. This has to have been a major marketing failure!

Sweet and bitter you decide! You can control the sweetness of this tea which is perfect for those who have sophisticated taste buds! I love the flavor of the tea! It has an incredibly magical flavor. One sip of this tea is like sitting in your dream paradise.

Lipton tea does not have a bitter taste. The tea comes out perfect every time. I like to put two family-size tea bags in my little instant pot with enough water to cover the bags. High-pressure them for 6 minutes then let them naturally release. Run the liquid through a strainer and it comes out clear and tasty. The bags are easy to use and convenient.

I have started to drink more Lipton tea and less coffee and I feel better overall. This tea will give me a bit of a boost, but it's not overpowering like coffee. I drink it hot in the morning and then have iced tea more through the day. Lipton makes a superior tasting iced tea, in my opinion. I served some to friends yesterday and they commented on it. Really like Lipton.

I love Lipton black tea with sugar. I can drink hot with some honey. Hot and fresh with a bunch of ice to make it warm. Or cold and straight outta the fridge on ice! One of my favorite things about this drink is it is good at anytime, any day and with just about anything.

The new packaging was a bad idea. I've been drinking Lipton for over 40 years, but have decided that I will have to find a new brand. I enjoy placing a variety of tea bags out for guests, but I'm not going to offer up a tea bag that isn't individually wrapped. I also keep teabags in a small open basket on my counter for my own convenience, but I don't want to do that with opened bags. Sad.

For over 40 years, I have used Lipton tea bags. I drank it as a child and now as an adult. The new packaging is a disappointment. It is harder to drain the tea bag without burning your fingers. The previous packaging allowed you to do that. The tea bag envelope made it portable and convenient. I have great childhood memories of sharing tea with parents and sisters using the envelope packs. Please consider going back to the old packaging. It made your teabags stand out from the rest. Now, your teabags can be confused with other brands.
