Before I leave the house for work, if I don’t make my tea I feel tired and sleepy while sitting at my desk. This is the brand I grew up with and I can only drink it as hot tea. I’ve tried making ice tea and I just don’t like the taste. This product is really good and unlike most product there is enough in the box to last you for a month.

4 stars only because it is not very concentrated in flavor. It's easy packaging and easy to use - not rocket science, ha! I would just make the flavor more concentrated and stronger. It's affordable tea and you know what you're getting so I always keep a packet in my pantry. Overall, would recommend.

I feel like I grew up around this Lipton tea brand. When I was a lot younger, my grandmother used to make large pitchers of tea with this brand. She always made one unsweetened, and then the other sweetened. The flavor is great and to this day we still use it in the family.

Lipton is the best black tea to make homemade ice tea. We have a lemon tree in the backyard and harvest tons of lemons during late winter/early spring. We make gigantic bottles of black tea with lipton tea bags and add half a lemon. it gives the authentic and strong fragrance and taste. Love it.

The new packaging has me baffled. I have to rip open an entire section of the packaging to take out one bag of tea. There is no way to reseal it, and even the box has cut-outs, probably stylishly designed to reveal the shiny packaging inside. The flavor of the tea in general is so much better than the generic, that I have stopped buying it. Please fix the packaging, to help preserve the flavor beyond oepning it for the first time. It makes no sense. Thank you!

Have been using Lipton black tea bags to make sun tea for 20 years. New "improved" packaging & new horrible taste. Can't even finish a glass on a 95 degree day. Husband noticed as well. Throwing the product out & finding another brand. Didn't anyone test this before release?

I’m not a fan of tea but this brand is so popular that’s why I bought it when I wanted to drink some tea. The taste was good, not strong not bitter. After done drinking, I usually throw the tea remains in the compost bin to make good fertilizer. Sorry no photo because I used it a few months ago.

I am very disappointed over your new package. Every time I have to open a new package, I have to clean my cannister. The bottom is covered with black leaves. Very hard to clean up. Our family has been drinking this tea for as long the have been alive. I am 76 and very sorry to have to change

I have been a Lipton tea drinker for better than half a century. I've noticed the past few months that the flavor I loved is missing. The tea doesn't brew as dark and tastes bad after a couple of days in the fridge. It almost has a chemical taste -yuck! Whatever you have done or where ever you are sourcing your tea it is not up to Lipton's past reputation. Because of that I'm leaving, old friend - in search of a better tea experience.

Actually, I'm used to similar packaging because I use Luisianne tea for my iced tea. And Lipton for my hot tea. If it keeps the tea fresh and helps the environment, I'm fine with it. It did take me by surprise. People, as a whole, are a little slow to accept change. I've tried ALL kinds of tea and I always come back to my favorite for hot tea-plain old Lipton.
