The briskness of this tea makes me feel alive and happy! It's super inexpensive and is a perfect everyday drinking tea. This is a perfect iced tea base too! Just add fresh fruits and make your own healthy iced tea blends...I always keep a box on hand!

Where are the individually wrapped bags??!!

Sooo furious and disappointed with my purchase. I've been a Lipton tea drinker for over 20 years and discovered my latest purchase of 100 tea bags no longer contains the individually wrapped bags. Now they are in some gimmicky foil wrapper around 25 tea bags and when you open it, the bags are not individually covered anymore! Now I can't put them in my tea/coffee canister. No reason to stick with Lipton anymore. Was nice while it lasted, but no more! Even my 2 sons in their 20s are disappointed.

This tea has always been in my house since I was growing up. My brother drinks it all the time and it was really all I knew existed. I haven't tried any hot flavored teas before so this is really all I ever have. I don't drink tea often but when I do this is what I get.

Antioxidants?

I started buying Lipton Black tea after I saw how much antioxidants were in it compared to broccoli. It was shown on the box. Now there is no mention of antioxidants on the box or website. Was that just a ploy to get people to buy and you guys got caught because it wasn't true? What happened to the antioxidants? Why did you remove that from the box and website?

HONEY, YOU SHRUNK YOUR TEABAGS!! :( not cool.

I WILL BE BUYING STORE BRAND. I used to make a whole glass pitcher of tea with 3 tea bags. The tea bags were thick and generous with the amount of tea, and that pitcher would be BLACK (strong and tasty). I just bought this new box, and - yeah the pretty trays are nice - but SO SMALL. Three tea bags in the same pitcher makes a sad, weak, light brown tea in the same pitcher. So, how much less tea is in a tea bag???? It seems like less than HALF.

How Long will it take before you fix it....

Have you ever tried to get the little tray/box back into the "New Stay Fresh Pack"? It is like trying to get sausage back into the casing. Just how does one keep the "New Stay Fresh Pack" closed so that the tea stays fresh in the "New Stay Fresh Pack"? The only thing I found that fits on the end of the foil after folding it closed is a small bullnose clip. Really, come on Lipton, I had to buy tea way more often when the tea was in its own package, because I drank it more, because I could carry it with me, it was easy and fun I could slip it into my pocket. I loved Lipton tea. I grew up on Lipton Tea, no other tea taste like Lipton hot or cold. But now I use other teas over my Lipton just because it is such a chore to get it out of & back into the "New Stay Fresh Pack". Please fix the packaging, better yet just bring back the individual packages.....

Makes the best

Lipton makes the best and I have tested all available to me. Mixed thoughts about the unwrapped bag. Can't take a few with you on an over night trip or something like that as.. they are not wrapped, so you have to put them in a plastic baggie. As opposed to taking "as is" and all is well. Also.. being unwrapped, you have to find a sealed container to keep them in. Not a big deal, but still...before I kept the wrapped bags in the box they came in, now I have to make sure they are sealed, not just for freshness, but for sanitary issues...dust is everywhere! Neither a big deal for me and my life style, but still...unwrapped is inconvenient. Lipton, you might loose some drinkers for this reason!

New packaging

While I am glad that you considered the environment when designing the new packaging, I have to agree with most other reviews that the individually wrapped bags are more convenient. Also, the tea is much weaker than it used to be. Please bring back the original and taste and packaging even if it costs more.

My family has used Lipton's black tea for so many years. I'm from down south so sweet tea is very popular where I grew up, we'd go through a box of this tea in 2 weeks, if that, haha! Definitely recommend this to other families if they aren't already using this product.

I used these tea bags to make iced tea for my family over Christmas and Easter. My family members are BIG iced tea drinkers (I prefer hot tea myself) and using several of these bags to brew tea for them to enjoy is exactly what I needed. I love the Lipton brand and will continue to recommend it to others as well as purchase it myself.
