My first tea bag was good, but I don't know what the rest will be like, since I don't drink tea everyday, like some people. About the packaging.... A lot of people, including my mother, take tea bags, when they go out, just because they love your tea. Now, like someone said, it gets crushed or they have to put it into some other container and it's not convenient for them. The tea bags are smaller, also. We all know that things are getting more and more expensive, so just charge more, but give us what we're used to; what we loved about your tea.

What's with the new packaging with tea bags not being individually wrapped? What made Lipton special was this packaging. The tea does not taste nor smell as fresh. Plus I can buy store brand tea wrapped like this and get the same taste for a much cheaper price. Go back to the old packaging!

Opened new box today to find 4 sealed packs of loose tea bags. Ugh! Burnt my finger trying to squeeze bag! And very annoyed trying to find something to store these tea bags in. Been using Lipton forever but will not buy another box if wrapped this way! Foil wrap isn't even resealable. Hope they didn't pay someone for this awful idea!

The foil packaging in the 100 count packages is wasteful and the taste of the tea has changed. I have been drinking Lipton black tea for many years and I was happy with the taste and the individual paper packages. The new product is not satisfactory. I will vote with my wallet and switch to another brand.

The go to "american way of life" tea. It's been a family tradition since I can remember. Tastes like a cup of comfort whether it's lipton hot tea or cold brew. My kids now even purchase lipton.. generations of good taste! I don't like the new packaging, 4 sleeves with loose tea bags. I liked to carry the individually wrapped bags in my purse, tote bag, etc. and now I have to put them into a ziploc bag. What a waste. Also, I've been drinking Lipton tea since I was 12 years old, over 40 years, and the taste has changed dramatically. My suggestion, change the packaging back and go back to the original tea. Very dissatisfied!

I had to stop purchasing Lipton tea bags because they are no longer individually wrapped. You lost a customer of many, many years and several other customers because you discontinued your individually wrapped tea bags. Bring back the individually wrapped bags and I will come back as a customer. Until then, I will have to continue to purchased from your competitor.

I thought it was 'just me' but after reading some other reviews I see I'm not alone. My husband picked up my 100 count box last month and wheni opened it up I was surprised to see the individual boxes plus the nonsleeve covering. It seems that this is a waste of money on your end as it probably was less costly to keep the original packaging. I have also found that the depth of the tea flavor has changed. I don't know if I would call it weak but it is not the same. If the 'recipe' has not changed on your end then maybe it's my imagination. My husband tried it and he noticed it as well, I even put in an extra bag in my tea pot. Very disappointed if the packaging has nothing to do with it please have some dept check your flavor meter from prior to new packaging vs new packaging. Thank you

This is the best black tea I have tried and I buy it often. It is a great price and a great flavor. I use it often to make my southern sweet tea. I like that you can buy family size versions of the tea bags for larger quantities. It is high quality for sure

I have been drinking this tea for over 20 years. I love it. I am a 5-10 cup a day tea drinker! I love the foil sleeves in the new packaging. It assures me that I am getting the freshest tea as I go through the 100 count box. This tea has never failed me to be fresh, delicious and I cannot find a better one out there.
