Lipton tea was my favorite brand for many years, but I am sorry to say I will be looking for a new brand. The tea no longer has that special flavor I enjoyed. For a while I thought I wasn't steeping it long enough, or I had steeped it too long, or perhaps I happened to get a stale batch. I wasn't a fan of the new packaging, but I was willing to give it a try, and I don't think that is the problem. After several boxes, I have concluded that the difference must be the in tea itself and/or how it is processed. Please rethink these changes and bring back our favorite tea.

I consider myself a tea expert.  I like different strengths for different times of day and seasons.  Lipton never disappoints.  I'd love this with small box options to grab and take to work, as I always have teabags in a ziplock.  Great hot or and refreshing cold as iced tea too.  Great flavor and not a strong tea.  Always a great go-to tea for me and my family!

Plain and simple, we have switched to Giant Eagle store brand tea bags. I bought one box of Lipton in the new foil. HATE it. Could not wait till they were gone so I could get a box of individually wrapped ones. I have not bought Lipton tea bags in like a year and won't again. Bummed!!! And by the looks of some of these other reviews it looks like Lipton should be re-thinking this packaging idea, and quick! You people really screwed up here. You messed with a good thing.

I, and my family, have been drinking Lipton tea for more than 50 years. First of all, I don't know what you have done with your tea, but it DEFINITELY does not have the same wonderful aroma the unused tea bags used to have, and the prepared tea does not taste as good either. What you sell now is a poor, cheap, imitation of the quality tea you used to sell. As for the foil packaging, once it's opened, it does NOT keep the tea fresh as there is no way to reseal it. I hate to say it, but I am about to stop buying Lipton and going with a better quality tea company.

This is a great tea. My family and I drink it several times a day every day. I like the packaging in comes in. There's no need to improve this product, it tastes great. I do like trying new flavors though. I'd buy this again and again. I recommend it to everyone. Being pregnant I love that they sale decaffeinated tea. Lipton I give you a huge thank you for that.

a sleeve of tea bags in a supposed "keep em fresh" wrapper makes your product non user friendly. they are pain to store & do not travel well. furthermore, unless you are super careful opening the package...it tends to tear length wise and make it impossible to seal back up. this results in what they were trying to prevent...STALE TEA!!! Put them back in the individual envelopes!

It's an absolute shame so many people are using the review system to rate the new packaging. I'm not a fan of it either, but please, just contact customer service, or send remarks via the contact page! You're driving down the ratings for an absolutely wonderful, traditional, enduring product! Lipton, please rethink the new packaging, but never stop making this delicious tea I've been drinking literally all my life. I can remember being given a very lightly sweetened cup of hot Lipton tea to relieve tummy aches, and being from Alabama, of course I grew up drinking good ol' Southern sweet tea. I've tried Red Diamond, Luzianne, store brands - none compare to Lipton.

Poor and unacceptable. New flavor is awful and I dislike the sleeves instead of individually wrapped bags. Its definitely not the same tea that my granny and mom has made for the last 35 years! I will find another brand! Lipton you have lost my business

The tea is good, but i have to use two tea bags to get a stronger flavor. and when i try to add milk it kind of diluted the taste unlike other black tea where i can add milk and it complements the flavor. This is a tea i drink when i run out of my other black teas.

I noticed there is a new packaging to Lipton tea. I still like the individual wrapping of each tea bag in the box, but the new packaging is fine for me. The taste is still delicious and I make my tea pretty strong with sugar only. I am going to keep on buying Lipton tea!
