I have been enjoying Lipton tea for over 50 years but I am very sorry to say "not any more". Not only have you changed the packaging which is very cumbersome and inconvenient but you have changed the product which now truly tastes awful. Thanks for the good memories but the future of Lipton will be without me. Good Bye

This is tea has amazing flavor! I have been brewing it since I was tall enough to reach the counter! Makes great hot tea and also makes the best ice tea! I use exactly 9 bags because I like a bolder flavor when it comes to tea! I have always been a lipton girl!

Packaging design with prominent yellow color and easy to find. You can easily find mixing instructions on the packaging (drink hot or cold). I really like the gentle scent of tea and its caffeine content is enough to help me stay awake to work every day. You can brew it hot when it's cold, or a pot of iced tea, pearls... in the refrigerator will be great to quench your thirst. It tastes amazing.

I very much dislike the new packaging. While not my favorite flavor of tea, I bought Lipton tea bags for years specifically because they were individually wrapped at an affordable price. In particular, I am the purchaser for work and we put out tea bags in a counter canister for easy access. Now everyone reaching in can touch all of the tea bags that will then go in someone else's mug. Very unsanitary. Much messier looking. Not acceptable. Please continue to supply the market with what we so clearly want--individually wrapped teabags. If they do not resume individual wrapping, then I will likely buy the cheaper store brands.

Nothing better than Lipton Black Tea with a dazzle of milk to soothe your throat and stomach. I enjoy drinking tea before bedtime as it calms me down and prepares me for a good night's sleep. You also get value for buck with Lipton, as it is much less expensive than other brands.

I love, love, love Lipton black tea, have been drinking it since I was a teenager. I drink 1-3 cups of hot tea daily, plus a lot of iced tea in the summer. However, I am not at all happy with the new packaging of the tea. I have looked high and low to find the individually wrapped bags, with no luck, and I am considering looking for other black tea that has individually wrapped bags. I prefer the ease of throwing a couple individually wrapped bags in my purse to carry with me, as a lot of restaurants don't carry black tea, other than herbal teas like Earl Grey (not a fan!). Come on, Lipton, don't be fixing something that's not broken! You broke it!!

Simple black tea. Not sure what else to say. It has good flavor and it takes only a couple minutes to steep, but there also isn't anything really special about it. It's a very widely recognized name. The bags are constructed well and rarely break or let leaves through.

Any real tea lover would stay away from mass produced teabags like this. They use the low quality dust and broken tea leaves to make these tea bags. However as much as I love higher quality teas - what I love about Lipton is their consistency. They have been able to maintain their same classic taste forever. I use Lipton when I’m making large batches of iced tea and am happy with it every time because I know exactly what the end result will be. Lately though, I have been more focused on buying loose tea to eliminate and be more conscious of the waste I produce (more individual packaging, more waste)

This is by far my favorite tea! I get it rather I’m drinking it cold or hot. I absolutely love it! The price is great and it creates a good, strong flavor. You can put it in a glass jar full of cold water and set it in the sun for a few hours. Amazing!

I buy Lipton tea because its the only tea ive found that doesn't have that lemon taste, this tea is easy to make i like it with or without sugar or sweetener. The quality has always been 100% for me and the packaging is a catchy yellow! The taste is to perfection everytime! This is my go to when im thirsty, it quenches my thirst as well!
