Lipon is my go-to tea. I grew up with Lipton tea in the house and it never lets me down. The tea itself is a robust blend that is flavorful, yet also adaptable to other tastes you may might want to include, such as lemon or honey. I like pairing it with some brown sugar and soymilk to make an exquisite milk tea in the mornings. Always at an affordable price. Consistent flavor. 

I have to have my mug of Lipton tea every morning. It isn't easy to review something that is such a basic part of my life. If I try another brand it just doesn't taste right. I rather like the new packaging. I take the foil off one section at a time while the rest stay fresh. I can just grab a teabag without messing with paper wrapping, and I like the tag. You might come up with a nice little tin for the people who like to take a few teabags with them.

I love Lipton Tea! It's the only tea I drink and have used it for 40 years. I like the new package. Glad Lipton is trying to save trees. The flavor is great and is something Lipton has never changed. It makes wonderful tea whether it is iced tea or hot tea. Lipton is THE ONLY brand I use.

A cup of Lipton's black tea in the morning is a good way to start the day. I enjoy drinking Lipton's black tea every day. It is strong but not as strong as their natural energy black tea. Does not take a long time to steep and foil packaging keeps the tea bags fresh.

As a reseller of your tea to many hospitality end users I am very disappointed in the new package. My customers are complaining to me. I can guarantee you all of my end users will be switching to another brand because of this. You cannot put 6 tea bags in each room of thousand plus room hotels that are not protected. It is not sanitary

I love Lipton black tea and it reminds me of my childhood. Ha. It's a smooth black tea when I'm not in the mood for coffee and it's so good with a splash of oatmilk or evaporated milk since neither are too heavy to take away from the smoothness of the tea.

I am a tea drinker and have always drank Lipton tea but since you took it out of the wrapper and put the bags in a "sleeve" the taste of brewed tea is terrible. To me it tastes like the tea is stale. Is it because the bags are now in the open and they loose the flavor. Also, I like the wrapped bags as it is more sanitary especially when you are serving the tea to guests. Don't know who thought of this packaging idea but I think it's bad. After so many years of drinking Lipton I am considering going to a different wrapped tea. As Arthur Gottfried would say "good to the last drop" , I think he'd change that now!

I drink a gallon of tea a day. And this is my favorite. The simplicity and yet packs taste, is great. I will always have tea bags in my pantry and a gallon of tea in my fridge. I will keep on buying this and drinking this team thank you thank you for keeping me alive.

Love Lipton Tea! My husband and I drink 2-3 gallons of iced tea each week (more for summer in the south) plus hot tea at night. As a graphic designer, I was pleased with the pretty new lockbox package because it works great at keeping the bags in when I put it back into my overstuffed cabinet. However, other changes in the packaging were very displeasing and will cause me to rethink my purchase: 1. Individually paper-wrapped teabags were replaced by polyethylene foil wrapped 25-ct. "tea trays". – Foil multi-packs makes sense only for the larger "iced tea sized" bags, but not the individual size. When hot beverage consumer products are leaning toward individual serving packs like k-cups, open tea trays makes no sense for on-the-go convenience sake. Why change a good thing? 2. Two-ink printed tea tags (part of the convenient wrapper) were replaced with 4-ink/double-sided/with aqueous coating/die cut tags. – Although the coating is non-toxic, I really don't want it in my tea (which inevitably ends up in my cup to soak into the hot liquid). This extra shiny coating also adds strength to the tag so the pointy edges poke your skin– ouch! Simple is best; no need for all the extra printing steps. Heck, I'd even prefer an unbleached paper wrapper/tag with 1-ink printing for health sake. 3. I can't attest to any change in quality since I just opened the new box, but I think the air exposure to the remaining bags in the open tray would cause some loss in quality. PLEASE, PLEASE go back to the individually paper wrapped tea bags!!!

4 stars only because it is not very concentrated in flavor. It's easy packaging and easy to use - not rocket science, ha! I would just make the flavor more concentrated and stronger. It's affordable tea and you know what you're getting so I always keep a packet in my pantry. Overall, would recommend.
