New packaging is terrible!

After reading all the other comments I see I am not alone in hating the new packaging. Can no longer take them camping, throw some spares in the back of the cabinet to hide them from my roommate etc. also, I do not like that you have to touch the whole teabag while you try to disentangle the string and tag from the bag. Just terrible.

Gives me energy and makes me not thirsty! I love it

I love this tea, I add some half and half milk, drink it cold. It is very good. I don't add sugar and it tastes delicious. A morning tea due to caffeine, healthy feeling after drinking it, & ease the bathroom movements.. Great price can't beat In one cup of boiling water I add 3 tea bags, wait 3 minutes, then I add it to a iced cup… After added to ice I add the milk 🥛, it’s great making a 16 oz delicious drink, easy

I LOVE the new bulk packaging !

I make a batch of iced tea about every 2 days and I love that the bags are no longer individually wrapped. It was sooooo much wasted packaging! For those that comment about taking them to work - I''m sure you have a small container somewhere in your kitchen or a zip lock bag.

Lipton provides a nice basic tea for cheap. If I want to make some ice tea this is my go to. I drink my tea unsweetened and this works great as it does not have a bitter taste. For the price of this tea it meets my expectations as I would not expect it to be out of this world.

Fancy foil packaging; poor quality filter bags

I also sent comments to the unilever email. I just bought tea bags and was excited about the fancy foil packing but seemingly the trade-off is the poor quality bags, where black tea leaves leak through into each cup. I will not purchase or recommend this product to others until Lipton focuses on improving the quality of the actual product and not the packaging.

What were you thinking!!!

I have been a tea drinker of Lipton tea only, all of my life. I do not drink coffee. I have been buying Lipton tea bags for years, and I am in my late 50's. What were you thinking when you changed the packaging and the taste!? I don't know if you thought it was a green thing with the packaging, but to lose the stronger flavor that I am so use to for all these years, was a huge mistake!! Also, the packaging is a big hassle, like when you want to pack the tea bags in your lunch bag or throw a couple into your purse. I now had to buy a box of plastic baggies to put the tea bags into to protect them when I throw them into my purse. Also, once the packs are opened, I feel like the tea doesn't stay as fresh in those awful and clumsy packs. I guess it doesn't matter what brand of tea bags I buy now. I feel you have sacrificed the flavor as well as the convenience! Not a fan!

I like the new packaging for regular Lipton

If I just want plain tea hot or iced I want Lipton's. However, I have grown to enjoy adding one or two bags of the flavored teas usually with one regular tea bag. By the way, for over 30 years I have been using just plain Lipton Tea bags in a pitcher of cold water and refrigerator for 6-8 hours. My husband calls it cave tea as opposed to sun tea. It can be kept for three or more days without developing that "stale tea flavor."

Flavor Gone

I don't know what you have done, whether it is less leaves, fine leaves or the packaging... but the old, invigorating flavor is gone. I keep going to a smaller and smaller cup to eek out flavor to little avail. There is also a chemical flavor (in the paper, perhaps?) I reach for another brand for flavor (and I grew up on Lipton's!) so I know it once was good.

Lipton® Black Tea is the usual tea in our house. We get this for brewing and making sweet tea. We go through a box a month, if we aren't home a lot, or we don't get a lot of company. 2-3 if it's the holiday season and we're making a few gallons a week. Worth the price. Great for when you make a lot of tea at one time

New packaging, but the taste is still the same!

I noticed there is a new packaging to Lipton tea. I still like the individual wrapping of each tea bag in the box, but the new packaging is fine for me. The taste is still delicious and I make my tea pretty strong with sugar only. I am going to keep on buying Lipton tea!
