Lipton, what were you thinking? How is this packaging ( or lack of it) a benefit to the consumer ? Removing the winner you HAD with individual wrapped bags was ideal. It retained the Flavor and freshness. Now this new packaging puts your tea in the same category as the cheap store brand. I had to put your bags in a zip lock bag, but they still got stale and lost its flavor and loose tea spilling out all over the box. (what a waste). You can keep your tea, your new packaging and try and sell your reasoning to someone who would be interested in buying the Brooklyn Bridge!

I really liked the old single paper package Kept teas fresher and was able to take when I travel and I usually put several packages in a cup on my counter for easy access Can't do this with the new design .Does not stay fresh Please go back to Original version

The new packaging is terrible. I always used to keep a few envelopes in my desk, and a few in my briefcase. Without the individual wrapping, storage is a mess. There is tea dust in the tray, and all over the tea bags. I also think the quality, taste and aroma has suffered. Very sad.

I really must say that the lack of individually packaged tea bags is a great disappointment. You've invested heavily in new boxes and outstanding graphics, but seem to have forgotten that PEOPLE use these tea bags in different ways. I always keep a bag or 2 with me to enjoy on the road or at work. That is not possible now. I'm really surprised that no one 'upstairs' picked up on this!

I have been a very long time Lipton black tea drinker, over 35 years, and was looking for a decaf tea I could drink in the evenings. I found the Decaf Black Tea, and was thrilled! Until I had my first cup, and second, and third...this tea does NOT live up to Lipton standards. It has zero taste, no body, and is like drinking colored water. I am so disappointed in this tea, I actually am going to return the box to the store, if I can find my store receipt. Lipton really needs to go back to the drawing board with this one. I would NOT recommend the decaf black tea to anybody.

We have loved Lipton tea for years. A few years ago I decided to cut way back on caffeine, so I gradually added in this decaf until I used all decaf bags. We drink an average of 2-3 quarts of iced tea per day in our house, ALWAYS made with these decaf tea bags (and a little bit of sugar). I use an iced tea maker and 6-7 bags for 3 quarts of tea. It tastes so clean and refreshing, yet very flavorful. All my friends and family always say I make the best iced tea, & they ask how I make it. Lipton, PLEASE don't stop making this. I'd rather give up chocolate than this tea!

I love Lipton's black tea, but when I wanted to switch to decaf, I was rather disappointed. With tea, it's all about the flavor and the aroma, and Lipton's decaffeinated black tea just doesn't taste very good, and the smell is very off-putting (it really does smell fishy). This tea needs improvement.
