Our family has been a Lipton family for decades. The decaf tea is mostly used. Our Lipton tea bags travel with us. They used to have a convenient paper wrap so a bag could be carried without fear of damage. The tea always seemed fresh. The new foil wrap is very non-friendly. You cannot open a box and retrieve a bag easily. Usually the foil rips the length of the container and all the tea is open to air. Great move Lipton! Do the inventors of the new package even use Lipton tea...I wonder.

I have been an iced tea drinker since my teens (I'm a senior citizen now) don't drink coffee. I switched to decaf two years ago. I am very happy with Lipton decaf black tea bags. No odd odor or taste like some people claim. I make a pot every day, kindof on the strong side for iced. I like your claim to use water/carbonation for the decaf process which shows in the good taste of your tea. All I can say is many thanks☺

I have been a Lipton Tea drinker all my life. I switched from regular to decaf several years ago. Love the tea but do not like the new foil packaging. Once the foil is opened the tea bags will not stay fresh no matter how you try to market it to the contrary. I guess it helps your bottom line but the individually wrapped tea bags keep the tea fresh. Some changes are not for the best, at least from this consumer's point of view.

The new packaging is awful! I want the individual bag covering back. You can't take them with you! And they get stale!!! Bad brainy idea....I have been a lifelong customer but I am seriously thinking of changing! stupid having to put your teabags in baggies!

I have had terrible morning sickness and wanted a warm drink I could have without added caffeine after meals. Lipton decaf was the first decaf tea I've ever had and I think it tastes just as good as the regular teas I have tried from Lipton and Earl Grey. Even with my heightened nausea-inducing sense of smell, I only detected the usual nice scent I associate with warm tea-so no fishy odor as others have mentioned. Maybe it's a difference in water supplies? Anyway, I think the tea is wonderful, helps with my nausea, and the lack of paper pouches doesn't bother me at all as I will be done with the tea (and buying more) long before it gets stale. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good tea without caffeine. And most important to me...it makes me feel a LOT better after I drink it. :)

This tea is the perfect gentle caffeine boost I need any time of day! I love to enjoy it hot with some cream and honey for the best flavor. It is so easy to prepare! I love how it looks in my kitchen! Such a bright design that draws my visitors to ask to try it! I always try to have some cold prepped in the summer to enjoy in a variety of ways. It is just so versatile.

I suffer from frequent headaches and migraines. These are accompanied by severe nausea among other things. Although I have medication for nausea, I have been looking for alternatives due to side effects and the fact that it's unnatural. I tried your teas this morning when I woke up with another migraine. I was stunned at how much better I felt with every sip. Please don't ever change or take this off the market. It's made my life so much better. Thank you so much Lipton! I hope you read this.

I've been drinking Lipton Decaf Black Tea for years. I just bought a new box and was really surprised at the new packaging! This is inconvenient and it will not keep the tea bags fresh. I'm worried that I'll have to buy a new box (of a different brand) before I even finish this one because the the tea will not keep well. Please go back to packaging the tea bags individually.

Lipton, what were you thinking? How is this packaging ( or lack of it) a benefit to the consumer ? Removing the winner you HAD with individual wrapped bags was ideal. It retained the Flavor and freshness. Now this new packaging puts your tea in the same category as the cheap store brand. I had to put your bags in a zip lock bag, but they still got stale and lost its flavor and loose tea spilling out all over the box. (what a waste). You can keep your tea, your new packaging and try and sell your reasoning to someone who would be interested in buying the Brooklyn Bridge!

Love Lipton tea but HATE the new foil packaging Have been drinking Lipton tea for 40 years and am thinking of changing brands because of the new design. I really liked the old single paper package Kept teas fresher and was able to take when I travel and I usually put several packages in a cup on my counter for easy access Can't do this with the new design .Does not stay fresh Please go back to Original version
