So not sure about storage as it does not have any suggestions about storage of the product. So since it is a wet base I venture on the side of caution and store refrigerated.

I love the convenience of pulling it out of my fridge whenever I need stock for recipes, and it dissolves much quicker than bouillon. It's also much cheaper than buying premade stock. However, the last one I bought was strangely discolored when I opened it. The top looked very white (but not necessarily moldy), which makes me question if the seal was faulty or if something went wrong when this particular batch was being made. I definitely recommend this base, but be sure to check it for discoloration when you first open it.
