I bought this to use on burgers, and we liked it a lot. Before long I was sprinkling it on omelets, scrambled eggs. meatloaf, chicken, stews, even tuna casserole. Use it sparingly, because too much can be overpowering. This spice has a nice pleasant flavor and can be used on just about anything. You get a lot of it for the money, and I am on my second jar in a year. Usually herbs and spices did in my cupboards from lack of use, but this one is always on the counter near my stove, so I can grab it. It will wake up your taste buds and add a pleasant punch to everything. I?m addicted to it.
