Far too many of the cups leak.

These were a mistake and need lids...never again

Excellent cups and it doesn't burn hand when something hot is in the cups.

I purchase Dixie only for quality and safety for hot coffee. The lida do not fit.

These are the perfect size for coffee or hot chocolate.

My go to when I need to take hot drinks on the go

Good and sturdy! Serves its purpose.

So I started out being disappointed because of the change in size and the fact that the new 20oz cups don't fit the old 20oz lids. I guess if you're going to change something that's worked for people for so long to make manufacturing easier your bound to have some upset people. Setting that aside, since the change the lids still don't fit as well as they used to (they pop off) and the material at the bottom of the cup doesn't seem to be sealed correctly and it allows for liquid seepage around the exterior bottom portion of the cup. I have now purchased multiple different batches in the hope that it was a fluke and they would get their issues worked out but after at least 4 different sets it's still happening.

I have bought the 12 & 16 oz for many many years. A package would last along time and now am so disappointed that I can only buy a huge box of them. I have been buying other brands at the grocery store since you made this change but nothing else compares. I use them for hot drinks but also for oatmeal. Hot oatmeal in, stick a spoon in there and add the lid with the handle of the lid sticking out the sipping hole. Easy way to send the kids off with breakfast and me to work.
