Coffee stays hot and outside of cup stays cool enough to hold.

Didnt come with lids. It probably said, but didnt catch. Was able to find generic lids that fit.

Great cups but they do get hot after a while. A sleeve is needed if your coffee really hot.

I like these cups because they are made of paper, not Styrofoam, yet they still insulate.
