bought a box of this bath tissue and 2 of the rolls inner tube is defective, it cannot roll smoothly and tissue is ripping apart.

This is not the soft cushy kind of toilet paper, but it does the job and lasts a lot longer than the regular rolls. It’s a great bargain at this price. Works well on the roll stands. Does not appear to have perforations for tearing.
