New packaging is not airtight. Product does not stay fresh. These can no longer be placed in a refrigerated vending machine or any kind of humid environment, as they absorb humidity through the packaging and become soggy, gooey and just disgusting. Cheap packaging = buyer beware.

Flimsy, thin paper packaging. Why change the packaging, M&Ms? Now in each pack you get several ripped packs which costs us several dollars every time
