You can use M&M's for baking, on ice cream and in numerous deserts, the sky's the limit with what you want to use them for. At 140 calories a serving go ahead and have two.Eating out of the bag is my personal favorite way to enjoy them.

However, the newer sharing size for M&M's is the perfect amount for both of my kids to enjoy while out and about.
