I was eating my 4th piece of individually wrapped Starburst candy when I found a black spot in the candy. It was obvious that this black substance did not belong in this candy. I almost eat it and thank god I didn't. But then i ask myself the question did i eat a piece of candy with the black substance in it in the 4 pieces of candy I just eat and didn't see or realize it??? I just had a baby on 9/6/17 and my baby is still in the hospital due to health issues and I am breast feeding so whatever I put into my body my son will get through my breast milk and go into his body. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted at what I found in my candy. I still have the original wrapper the candy came out of and I still have the piece of candy with the black substance in it. I will be getting the candy tested and find out how and what is in this candy.

I used to enjoy these, but as I got older, I have developed jaw problems. I cannot chew these easily without them getting stuck in my teeth and tiring out my jaw and I'd you try to suck on these, it makes my tongue sore. They do have some great flavor, though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These starburst candies are delicious! Each pack has 12 pieces that individually wrapped. There are several different flavors in each pack like strawberry, cherry, orange, and lemon. Each flavor taste exactly like the fruit its suppost to be. When you first put the piece of candy in ur mouth you bite down and instantly taste the fruity flavor and it become juicy as you chew it. I enjoy every flavor but the red and pink ones are my favorite because the are the strongest flavors that I enjoy.

Starburst are a classics chewy candy that are often bought for occasions. But binge eating starburst is not a good idea because they are hard to chew and often become boring because of how hard they are to chew. I wouldn't recommend if you don't have a strong jaw.

In all honestly, starbursts taste AMAZING. However, something to note is that they’re not vegetarian. Starbursts have gelatin in them, which is made from beef or pork, so I’ve decided to stop consuming them because there are so many other candies that don’t require meat in their products. Starbursts are very chewy, so be prepared for little bits stuck in your mouth!

I love the red(cherry) and pink (strawberry) colour. Those are my favourite. Not too fond of the orange but love these guys. I can't eat them as much due to my crown as my dentist told me that these candy can cause them to pop out, but I truly do enjoy them alot!

I don’t eat starbursts very frequently, and I also don’t know very many people that at the very least haven’t tried starbursts. They are a great snack for you or the kiddos. Fruity and chewy. Just be careful- could be a choking hazard for young ones.

This is one of the few non-chocolate candies that I actually enjoy. With the exception of the orange flavor, these taste great and have a nice consistency. I barely need to chew them because they almost melt in my mouth, which is great for my sensitive teeth! 

I mean who doesn’t like starburst?! It’s an all time fav from years ago. Just like chocolate, I don’t eat them often because candy isn’t good for you lol. Only time I eat starburst is mainly when a family member buys them. I love them but they’re not my go to sweet candy.
