We've learned that when it comes to batteries it needs to be an Energizer or a Copper Top. These AAA from Energizer are among the best, longest lasting we have used. We can't vouch for the shelf life as we use them more quickly, but if they survive the shelf as long as they survive use, they are great to keep in your camping and/or emergency supplies.

My headlamp was going through batteries like crazy. I chose these batteries hoping that they would last longer. So far so good. They have already out lasted the previous brand. I am no longer buying batteries every month for all the “controllers” in our house. If you want to stop making frequent trips to the store to restock your battery supply, then buy Energizer lithium batteries . You will be glad you did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the Energizer Lithium AAA batteries. I use them with the Energizer Head Light for all sorts of events. I use the batteries in the head lamp for going on the roof to adjust the TV antenna at night. Great for car engine work. I like the fact that I can get such long life out of these batteries compared to other batteries. They have a shelf life for a super long time too. If I need them far in the future for an emergency (like a power outage) it is good to know that they have this shelf life. Great for the emergency pack/supplies. Very good for the camping trip too. AAA Lithium Energizer batteries are strong --- and light enough weight for back packing or hikes.
