[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this specifically for use in my handheld GPS and they work great. I’ve used alkaline batteries before but they are drained in no time. The recommend batteries for the GPS are lithium and these sure do they job. Had them in for awhile and they hold up great. I can’t attest how these would do in an application where alkaline batteries are recommended but if lithium is recommended these will do the job.

I used 1 batter in a old mp3 player I've had for 10 years or more and left the player in the walk-in freezer. I figured for sure the bettery would be to frozen to use and I'd have to defrost and hope it still worked afterwards as with many batteries before. When I realized after 2 hours of it sitting in the freezer it was there and pulled it out I was amazed that it played no problems. This isn't the first time I've left my mp3 player in a freezer it's just the first time it actually worked after being forgotten. I am still using this same battery and it has been playing 8 to 9 hours a day now for 8 days straight. I am very impressed with this battery.

It seems like I was always having to replace them, but not any more. These last a long time and they don't leak. What really impresses me is that they have a 20 year shelf life. That is really unbelievable! I am going to stock up on these so that I always have some when I need them and don't have to worry that they have gone dead.
