My husband loves these beans. Carbs are too high for me. No need for nutritional contents in English and Spanish.

I love black beans and used to make my own in the crock pot. I was lazy and bought these, then never looked back. I love the fact that they are high in fiber and have lots of vitamins. So easy, so tasty, so healthy and I get a good price at Sam's club.

My doctor said I needed more iron in my diet and she said that black beans was a good source for iron. So I bought these cans to add to my breakfast with eggs and rice and they were a nice addition to my plate. They tasted good and had a flavorful smell as I ate them.

I've been buying these for months. I eat them with my lunch every day at work. Recently I've noticed a lot more "juice" and less beans than there used to be. Other than that the flavor is good.

Received all dented cans. Could obviously tell they were put in the shipping box that way.
