Cannot install lancet and I was unable to get a reading from the machine.

very HARD to oppen. It doesn't come with starter kit.

come without strips and the testing strips are too expensive. received a refund

The device and the app are perfect. However, the test strips are way too expensive.

missing Lansing device was not in the box with the meter.

This unit is very easy to use and accurate.
