My skin tends to be on the dry and sensitive side, especially after showers, but this body wash changed that. It has a creamy, soothing texture that lathers just enough—not too much, not too little. What I really love is that it’s soap-free and lightly scented, so it doesn’t leave behind that overly strong fragrance some other washes do. The scent is subtle, clean, and comforting. I have used Aveeno brand products before but this is my first try for their body wash. Let me begin with the fact that I have extremely sensitive skin and I am always cautious when using new products even with trusted brands. The packaging is classic Aveeno. It has a nice, soft botanical scent. Not overpowering. It lathers nicely and leaves skin with a soft, moisturized feel. I will definitely be purchasing Aveeno body wash in the future!

After my shower, I didn't feel like I needed to apply lotion afterwards. So I decided to skip it and try to see how it would work alone. I live in Florida, so our water is hard and treated with chlorine which causes dryness and itchy skin without adding lotion or moisturizers after a bath. I don't feel like I need as much since I switched, but I still do moisturize.
