The smell isn’t as bad as I remember Aveeno being as a kid, which I was thrilled about! Can’t wait to keep using this through the winter when my skin is in need of some extra hydration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I understand this is not an expensive body wash. But when they say gentle cleanser. It means it has a gentle cleanse . It's not going to remove any pool chlorine from your skin. You will still stink after a gym session. This is more for those in-between washes when you just need to rinse your body to shave and be in and out. At least for me, I felt like I could smell my skin from any chlorine when I went to the pool and smell sweat in my arm pits when I washed with this product. It does have a light scent, but it is not going to linger when you're fully dry. And it doesn't leave your skin more dry or more moisturized. either.

The product came from the brand name "Aveeno" and the product I chose was the"Daily Moisturizing Body Wash". This was just a small sample size, so I was only able to use it a few times. I usually try to use a product for 1 or 2 weeks before I feel a full judgment can be made. However, for the small use I did get I feel that it smells nice and feels good on my skin! We have hard water so its it harder to get "suds" out of soap. And this one was less sudsy then I had hoped. But it got the job done! I felt clean and my skin smelled nice. So its a win/win in my book:)

It actually works up to a great lather as well. I like how lightly scented it is, whereas most moisturizing most washes are either overly sweet or they just smell like base ingredients. This helped soothe post-wax skin and left my body feeling moisturized enough that I could have skipped lotion off I wanted.

I liked how it lathered as well. I am a fan of Aveeno and this is another product to add to our families purchase list as it can be used on all family members.
