The one thing that threw me off using the product is shaking the bottle before use. It was a little difficult in the beginning due to its thick viscosity. Once I was able to make more room in the bottle, shaking wasn’t as bad. Overall, I consider buying this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest plus of this body wash is that it is formulated for sensitive skin, but beyond that, I didn't love it. The smell was flowery, perfume like fragrance along the lines of public bathroom soap. And it hardly lathered up and was hard to rinse off. Nice, compact bottle fit easily in my shower caddy. This body wash was just ok, but not my favorite.
