Oat flour, oat oil, and oat extract are the 5th, 6th, and 7th ingredients which helps keep my skin sensitivities calm. You can use this as an overall body wash, for shaving, or sometimes I like to put a little in my bath water as well. I always keep some of their products on hand which especially comes in handy during the colder months when my skin tends to get even drier than normal.
