I don’t eat it often because I try to get cereals that are more healthy but it is a good guilty pleasure snack. I will say that it seems to be a lot less sweet than it used to be and it does say that it has all natural fruit flavors which is nice. I prefer fruit loops fry as a snack instead of with milk. I love taking them hiking or on day trips because they hold up well and are fun to snack on.
