Love these & Apple is the best one. Not for sure what happened w/ the packaging. These were a 48 count box when I bought them in December from Sams Club, but now 36 count.

We got these on sale. We did the order in a hurry and thought they were the Nature's Bakery that we like. Saw that they weren't but figured we'd like them anyway. They are so gross. My son will eat anything but doesn't touch these. The outside tastes like cardboard and what little is in the inside does not taste like fruit. It tastes like colored sugar. We bought these early September, and mid-November, they are sitting untouched. Sam's did give us a refund, which was great.

I believe they have changed their recipe, because the last box that we purchased had a different texture and flavor than before. While not bad, it was not what we expected and not what we were looking for. We much prefer the Great Value Fruit %26 Grain Cereal Bars over these name-brand bars. Better flavor, more fruit and better texture.
