My other half eats this just about everyday. He says it helps with his digestive issues. I buy several boxes at a time for him. He likes to eat it for dinner at times.

I prefer Kellogg's frosted mini's along with some fruit to anything else for breakfast. Also like to chew on them for snacks. With the frosted tops, they give me just enough sweetness to make them enjoyable without a nasty after taste.

The Frosted Mini Wheats is very delicious with just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar. The crush is also very good for I like to hear the sound while I'm eating. Plus the mini size is just perfect.

Always enjoy the crunchiness of mini wheats even after in milk for awhile you can count on the crunch to wake me up in the morning. The size of the biscuit is just right so it can be consumed at the right pace.
