These are great with milk, mixed with other cereal, or eaten as a quick, on the go breakfast or snack right out of the box. They are not too sweet, which is perfect.

I really like this cereal, it is very healthy and the frosty part makes it very yummy. You have to eat it fast because if you don't it starts to disintegrate and you end up with lots of little bits in your milk.

Luv to eat them with milk and without! With milk we luv how when you first bite into them, the burst of milk into your mouth. Without milk we eat them as a dry crunchy treat!
