My 60 Something old husband is the owner operator of these Boxes when they come into the house! He loves them! He has them for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dessert and dinner! He seriously loves them! Doesn’t need a reason to eat them! He loves the taste, crunch and the fact they don’t get soggy! No Age requirements!! Ha ha!

I like to let them soak up a little milk so they aren't so crunchy. Although they weren't great as a dry snack they were great with milk!

I prefer the unfrosted mini wheats and Kellogg's prefers to frost (add sugar) to all their mini wheats' cereals. Therefore, I purchase the local stores' brands of this cereal as all three stores carry unfrosted/no sugar added shredded wheat cereal and it is delicious and healthy.

The flavor is not too sweet but just enough. I love the super crunchy texture of the shredded wheat. I even like to eat them without milk as a quick and easy snack. Its a great way to get in a lot of fiber into your diet.

Most cereals don't keep me full for very long but frosted mini wheats fills me up and taste great too. The box comes with two bags in it which is awesome so we don't have to keep running to the store and since it's not one large bag it doesn't go stale.
