[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying this cereal since I was on the wic program a few years ago. I was also told by my doctor that I needed more fiber in my diet. Of course implementing more fruit and veggies throughout the day, but I noticed a significant difference when I ate a bowl of frosted mini wheats. Without going into too much detail, my “issues” in the morning were “smoother” if you catch my drift. And if I skipped a morning not eating this cereal, I’d notice the next day. I say give it a try if you have fiber issues. But of course the recommended serving because if you eat too much in one sitting, you’ll see the effects of too much fiber because it does have a lot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frosted Mini Wheats is always a great start to my day. I enjoy the cereal and it keeps me full through a morning's worth of activity. I like the higher fiber and there is just enough sweetness to make it enjoyable.
