I consider it exceptionally deceptive to list the ingredients, even going so far as to include a photo snippet of the ingredients label, only to OMIT the most important part of that label, the part that discloses the product "contains a bioengineered food ingredient" - which actually flies directly in the face of the further deceptive marketing practice of stating there are "No artificial colors or flavors" in an attempt to taught this product as a "healthy" food product! . . . Absolutely DISGUSTING! If I could give this a MINUS 5 Stars, for that alone, it would deserve such a rating. PS: What's up with not being able to submit a photo of the COMPLETE "Nutrition Facts and Ingredients" label?

Good Product at good price. However I am going to be disappointed when Sam's implements a flat shipping chard for Plus members. I would appreciate it if more healthy cereals will be stocked in-store. eg, Wheaties and other healthier cereals without all the excess sugar

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kelloggs Special K Red Berries cereal is the perfect start to the day. The berries help compliment the cereal flakes with a bit of sweetness. I feel better after eating this cereal compared to cereals that have a lot of sugar. I don't eat enough fiber so this has helped boost my fiber intake.

Don’t always want (or need!) high sugar “kids”cereal, this yummy cereal hits the spot with plenty of tasty strawberries and without tons of added sugars. It’s a little pricey so I always grab a box when I spot it on sale in the Instant Savings book from Sams.

I try to love this cereal but I just can’t. I buy it every so often because I think it sounds so refreshing for a quick morning breakfast. But again, I find myself disappointed. If you don’t eat it fast enough, some of the strawberries are mushy and if you eat it too fast some of the strawberries have a weird crunchiness. All in all I think this cereal could be so tasty. Actually it is but too difficult to eat. Try it and see for yourself.

I've always wanted to try this cereal because it looks delicious. The berries were - that's what the 3 stars are for. But the first thing I noticed was how terribly sweet the cereal is! Seriously, terribly sweet. I was mistakenly under the impression that this was regular Special K cereal just with added freeze-dried berries. It definitely was not! The Special K flakes were coated with a sugary glaze that made it almost impossible to eat! There's no reason to sugar-up the cereal flakes! The berries are sweet enough. I'm very disappointed and I will not buy this again. I'm tossing the rest of the box into the trash because I wouldn't recommend any human eat this much sugar. Ridiculous.

Kellogg's Special K Red Berries is a classic for a reason. It's simple, reliable, and just indulgent enough to feel like a treat without going overboard. If you like a fruity cereal that still feels relatively “light,” this is one of the better options out there—just don't be surprised if you occasionally wish for a few more berries in the bowl.

I've always loved this product. I'm tracking grams of whole grains and fruit in each meal. Is it possible for nutrition point of view to identify percentage wise to the nearest 5% how much whole grain and how much fruit? I don't need to know ingredients or how much of what
