[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my favorite breakfast cereals. Love the bunches of crunch that don't get mushy by the time I'm through eating.

This is the best year I’ve had in a very long time. The flakes are crunchy, but not hard like some grocery store brands. And the reasons are some of the softest reasons I’ve had in any box cereal. Add in the health benefits of the brand and the amount of fiber that’s in this. Hands-down the best cereal I have had in a very long time.

I’ve never written a review for cereal before, but this one felt necessary. What happened to the raisins? There used to be so many that I would often leave some at the bottom of the bowl. Now I find myself searching for them, and I usually run out of raisins about two-thirds of the way through the bowl. The packaging still claims there are “two scoops of raisins,” but that certainly doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. At this point, it feels more like half a scoop at best. Very disappointing for a cereal that used to be known for being generous with the raisins.

For the uninformed, this is heavenly stuff. Boxes are huge. But think again if you plan on feeding families who show up 4 hours late & don't call to say so. Highly recommend they use SSI to them since you may be considered a doormat & there is a history of humiliating you while with endless money problems & pregnancy.

I love this cereal. One of my all time favorites. BUT, the last six months or more, nearly every box has been disappointing. Either with general major lack of the CRUNCH, or I find all the crunch oats glued together in a giant clump at the bottom of the bag. Y'all, this has gone on long enough for someone to have seen this and fixed the problem, but I'm here looking for someone to talk to, to inform you that is a chronic issue at this point. I'm seeing enough other reviews here to see it's a known issue. Please fix this, I want the CRUNCH back in my bowl please!

I’ve been eating this for years and I had to check the box after opening this new one to make sure I had bought the crunch version. There’s almost no granola in this and just some crumbs and oats floating around; it might as well be Raisin Bran. I had hoped this would have been an anomaly until I read some of the reviews here. Definitely needs better QA. Please, please fix this as it’s my favorite cereal.

I love raisin brand crunch. I eat 2 bowls a day with out fail. And have for years. But the last 2 months I have gotten 6 big boxes from B. Js club that has been all crumbs hard raisins no crunch. Very disappointed with this. I have gone to other stores to get Raisin brand crunch and found 2 or 3 boxes out of about 10 over all that have been good. I'm so upset about this. I have had to throw away so much of my favorite food. And the experience of this is crazy. Please go back to the original recipe, or find out what's happening??

As an avid Kellogg consumer for the last 20 years I am utterly disappointed that in this economy, given my hard earned money consistently to my favorite cereal brand....that there are no clusters in the box. Considering my entire family has generationally has fueled their body with real fruit and 17g of Whole Foods we are MAD

The new formulation of Raisin Bran Crunch is awful!! The flakes are small, thin and at least half the box is clumps of dusty crumbs as a result. The delicious, crispy fresh taste is gone. My 2-year-old granddaughter used to love snacking on this product and now rejects it.

I have been eating this for years. Bought two boxes (Family size) and the “crunch” was gone. Flakes thin and got soggy quick (like regular Raisin Bran). Only a few “crunchies” in box and hardly any raisins. I haven’t open second box yet but if it is same way you have lost a years long customer. I can’t afford to just throw it away but I definitely won’t be buying any more. Why can’t you keep a good product as it was, someone made a bad decision in changing the formula/recipe
