Good Cereal.

I have been eating this for years.   Bought two boxes (Family size) and the “crunch” was gone.  Flakes thin and got soggy quick (like regular Raisin Bran).  Only a few “crunchies” in box and hardly any raisins.  I haven't open second box yet but if it is same way you have lost a years long customer.  I can't afford to just throw it away but I definitely won't be buying any more.  Why can't you keep a good product as it was, someone made a bad decision in changing the formula/recipe

Love this cereal although shrinkagr is evident the box is definitely smaller, I would know I've been buying this cereal from Sam's for years.
