I bought these the other day, the first time in ages, to make Rice Krispie squares. The squares were awful, they had little hard bits in them and no taste. My husband thought I did something wrong, which is almost impossible to do. So I had a bowl for breakfast this morning, there was no flavour and full of hard bits. So disappointed.

Actually, my husband was in the hospital and they gave him Rice Krispies for breakfast one morning with a banana. After that he told me that I needed to buy Rice Krispies for when he got home, he wants that for breakfast. So we have been buying Rice Krispies, they are so lite. They are great!!!

I just opened the box to make my family’s traditional Easter Rice Krispies treats (shaped like a bunny) and was shocked by the look of the cereal. It is a dark tan and shaped slightly different than the original. It tastes different as well. I’m so sad!! This has been a family favorite but if this is the new normal, we will take a pass. So sad.

There is plenty for many bowls of snapping, crackling and popping cereal as well as plenty to make several batches of rice krispies treats. This cereal is the perfect match with butter and marshmallows and makes the most delicious Rice Krispie treats. It’s still the same as it’s always been-crispy from the start and this size inbox is a great value for the cost.

Rice Krispies are best when mixed with another cereal, preferably one with a little sweetness. The biggest issue with the cereal is a lack of fiber. As I remember, it is zero. If the company intends to attract mature consumers, I would suggest adding fiber to the cereal.

My family has eaten Rice Krispies for years. Like many others, we have noticed a change; lots of tiny, very hard bits throughout. We’ve tried to be careful, and assumed it was a short term issue, but just this week my Mom actually cracked a tooth on one. Done with Rice Krispies until they fix this issue.

I have used the Rice Krispies Cereal for years. I use them for the Rice Krispie treats. I add the Rice Krispie cereal in my granola cereal. I also use the Rice Krispies cereal when I make my Chocolate covered peanut butter balls for Chirstmas. Everyone loves the treats I make with the Rice Kirspie Cereal.

Of course the Snap, Crackle, and Pop sounds are always what I look forward to when making me some Rice Krispies. Rice cereal is delicious and I love how it softens after it's been soaked in milk. We'll also put some banana slices in our Krispies for further effect and as a sugar substitute. The chocolate Rice Krispies Treats are one of our favorite snacks. I love how there's a lot of cereal in each box.
