so i got a big box of rice kripsy treats from my local BJ’s and when my kids ate one it tasted like metal, we tried multiple to see if it was just one but it wasn’t it was more than one. I don’t know if it’s the tin foil wrapper but it doesn’t taste how it used to be.

We've purchased quite a few of the bulk Costco boxes of Original Rice Krispies Treats, but the last box had a few bars with blackish brown chunks. I don't know if it was chocolate or burnt pieces of a previous batch that slipped past whatever cleaning process the equipment gets. Just know that any future purchases will be treated with caution. Thank you.

I love this so much that now that I moved back to Europe I am dying for someone to bring it. Please bring Rice Krispie Treats to Serbia because I can't even make it because we don't have the cereal alone. I love it. Oh also I'd love the sugar free version too.

A yummy treat & great bargain, as well as a wonderful on-the-go snack for later when you don’t have time to sit down to eat. I also shared them in goody bags for my health care providers during the Christmas holiday. A HUGE treat too for those overworked frontline worker!

I bought a box of 40 count rice crispy treats for valentine's and there were only 36 in the box! I didn't notice at first and wrote on the message area of the wrappers. When I put them back in the box I noticed the missing ones. This is unacceptable.

Kellogg's Rice Krispie Treats are convenient and so much easier than making your own. I made a fun and easy dessert tray by slicing the Treats into sticks and dipping half of each stick into melted chocolate. Some were dipped into dark chocolate, some into white chocolate, some into both, and the rest rolled in mini chocolate chips after dipping. They were pretty and delicious!

This isn't a Sam's complaint, but a product complaint. I have been buying these for ages and have always been pleased. I bought a new box 11/26/2023 as my current box was almost gone. In the new box, the treats are noticeably thinner, but are still in the exact same packaging. The product wrappers (weight in ounces) are the exact same and it's a flat out lie. The wrappers on the treats are literally baggy. If you're going to shrinkflate, change the packaging and be honest.

The family always enjoys these and they go quickly in our house. Personally, I wish they were more like homemade with the thick parts of melted marshmallow that you sometimes get in the settling of everything. However, the recipe that is used is pretty perfect.

I have sampled these on and off through the years since the beginning of their existence (mostly for my kid's lunches). In years past, have been extremely disappointed because making at home always tasted better. It was like these packaged ones were so shiny/oily/had a different taste--- UNTIL recently, I feel like the recipe HAS CHANGED for the better!! I'm hoping its not just me and something with my tastes which is why I am posting and I'm in desperate need of an answer on what has changed in the recipe for the better!!! (writing in January 2022)

I bought a box of rice crispy treats, the multi flavor pack with 16 bars containing chocolate, original, and rainbow. The original rice, crispy treats, taste horrible, they have no butter in them. I am highly disappointed because this shows the product is not being quality checked. I have another box I bought at the same time of all original in the 16 pack, and they taste perfect so I know it’s not me.
