We have lots of sides that can normally get a typical plate soggy (potato salad, baked beans, buttered corn) but we rely on Chinet plates to handle these. In addition, they are great for the kids to manage too because even though they are sturdy, they are lightweight too. We wouldn’t think of using any other product for such important events.

The cost is more than reasonable and the product is firm enough that it holds hot or cold foods very well. Cutting meats and veggies is easy and does not destroy the plate. I use them all the time and have been crazy about them for the better part of my life, with much success. They work for me, for the destructive animals I love to call my children, and for my big strong ox of a husband. The bbq chicken in separate from your salad and Aunt Melba’s potato salad! The sturdiness means they don’t get soggy and easy to hold on your lap and eat! Highly recommend! They are easy to hold because they are stronger than a regular paper plate. The divided areas allow you to separate the food types. We always use Chinet for our big family Thanksgiving lunch.
