I have one member of my family who really piles her plate full !! And I worry about her bringing her plate to the table. But worry no more. Chinet saves the day every time. No more worrying about the food hitting the floor or getting all over my rugs ! Wouldnt trust my food to anything else. Love these plates !!

I feel secure with their ability to hold foods and not buckle from the weight or become soggy with wet foods. I have tried other brands in the past to save a little money but lived to regret it when our guests wore their meal from the plate folding. These may cost a little more but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

Holidays, birthday celebrations, friend gettogethers, and also when I am gifting some sweet cookies and candies to neighbors and friends. They are sturdy and I know they will handle any type of food. I always buy the Chinet Classic White (heavy duty) Dinnert Compartment plates. I prefer to use them over plastic ones because they work great in the microwave. I wish they were carried in the store all the time. I had to order them online. You'll be pleased with these sturdy plates!
