[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these plates for a gathering we were having because some of the foods were runny and I wanted to let everyone have clean food be able to taste what was cooked separately not all together, I cannot eat spicy food and some of the food brought was definitely spicey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes it's just necessary to splurge on paper products. Funeral receptions are without a doubt one of those events. We ran out of our supply and while almost embarrassed to admit this, several of us ran the plates under hot water and were able to use them again. (This was done within a couple of family groups, not a bunch of strangers using other peoples used plates) The little kids didn't have any trouble with handling their plates because these stand up to every helping from a toddler to a growing teen boy and people of all ages. I would highly recommend spending the money on this brand, don't skimp where you are already having a day that is stressful. Do yourself a favor and go with these!

I’m having shoulder surgery very soon and won’t be able to use my dominant hand for quite awhile. What product will I buy beforehand? Chinet! I won’t be able to wash dishes, so these are the plates for me!

I don't need any plates which are going to collapse under the weight of even a little food. Chinet brand stays strong as food is piled on them. Research & Development hit a "home run" on these plates.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Few products can be compared in quality to these plates. They are superb for all occasions, indoor or out. The compartments on this type of plate allow for flavors to keep separate and the bread to avoid getting soggy.

I always buy the Chinet Classic White (heavy duty) Dinnert Compartment plates. I prefer to use them over plastic ones because they work great in the microwave. I wish they were carried in the store all the time. I had to order them online. You'll be pleased with these sturdy plates!
