I bought a large pack, maybe 300 of tour dinner plates for a parry for my 3yr old, and upon opening the bag the plated smelled like bad fish. Idk whats going on, but we had to throw the whole pack out. You couldn't even use them. Never had that happen before, we love tour products for parties... this was strange and well, terrible. I had to run to the supermarket while my guests started eating on cake plates to get bigger dinner plates. We were 30 people :/

Even with my little kids running around with them, they don’t get weak and spill your food. I love how thick these dinner plates are. I’ll definitely be buying more of these for our dinners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two kids Who are very active and eat a lot. We also host my sisters kids a lot at our house. The biggest thing I can say about these plates is that they are durable. Way too often I have bought paper plates from the store that end up completely collapsing under the weight of even the smallest amount of food. Thankfully, these don’t. The one thing I will say is try not to put anything heavily sauce on there. While they are durable, they are made of paper which is great for the environment but you can’t put chili directly on the plate.

The dinner plates are always a go to weather it’s for every day use or the church potluck they’re always going to last. Throw you a good ol’ piece of fried chicken or a porterhouse steak it doesn’t matter, this plate is going to hold!!

Plus, the classic white looks good for any type of event.

I’ve used Chinet Classic Dinner Plates ever since I can remember. It’s the only brand my mom would buy due to the unparalleled sturdiness, and it’s still the only brand my mom, sister, and I will buy. I’ve never seen even the greasiest foods penetrate their thick plates, and I tested them with a bunch of paint this past week by letting my toddler use a Chinet plate as a palette. As I suspected, no paint soaked through the plate. Many brands have only decreased their quality over the past 30 years, so I think it’s wonderful that Chinet hasn’t compromised one bit.

I like that the chinet paper plates are made from 100% recycled materials. They are sturdy and don’t do the dreaded bending thing that some others do. The only down I could find is that they are made of paper so they will eventually leak through if you leave something super wet on them for an extended period of time (30 min +) Incentivized
