Have purchased Chinet Plates for 20 years or so. Have been buying them in large quantities for years. For a year or two the quality has been getting worse and worse. Looks like grease stains from machinery perhaps, along with foreign matter pressed into the plates plus ripped edges and now plates just coming apart with yellow stains. Had to toss just about entire package out this time so won't be purchasing them again. Either machinery needs an overhaul or perhaps the issue may be quality control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Chinet Classic White lunch plates are the only plates I use at home and gatherings. They are thick and sturdy. They don’t bend or fold over with food or when wet. I like the color and use multiple dish plates from Chinet.

I had rice beans, salad, and bbq ribs and my plate didn’t even bend while I held it. The juice of my chili beans didn’t soak the plate and make it wobbly.

They never leak or fall apart with even the heaviest and greasiest of foods. I always use this brand because it's the best! All others sem to fall apart and it's super emarrasing. These have worked for every single dinner party I have ever had.

When you think about something being eco friendly you think the quality isn’t going to be that good but this product is. Doesn’t have that weird smell like others do, I definitely would buy this for any occasion

It is also recyclable and compostable which is great for a single use plate. It is also microwavable and you can use a knife on it. This is not a feature every paper plate I've used before has because most are flimsy and also don't hold enough food. I would recommend this as a great paper plate to use.

They were big enough to handle our hungriest guests and were perfect for sending home leftovers on. No leaking through the bottom, no bending with weight, will absolutely use again.

They are the perfect size for a picnic or party without being too big. Another feature that I like is that they're made from recycled materials making them better for the environment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are an extremely busy family and tend to use throw away plates and dinner wear on a regular basis as dishes take away family time. I try really hard to use full paper so it’s not sitting in a landfill for 42 years and these are the perfect solution. The size of this particular plate is pretty standard so I can’t complain or brag its just a plate to me. I will say the only downside is after 15 minutes or so they paper does get a bit soggy so it’s not something I would store food in or sit for awhile.The best part is they can go in our compost and we don’t have to worry about them! I will most likely be getting them again in the future.
