Not only are they great for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but they are perfect for packaging cookies to give to others. I simply slide the lunch plate into a gallon freezer bag and it's perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for a big family function (grandma's 80th bday). Sturdy enough that you don't have to waste plates by having to double up! I appreciated the plain white, so they would match any decor. I considered another brand, but those came in 2 different patterns, neither of which would have gone with the bday theme, plus they didn't have any plain white options! Chinet is definitely the way to go.

Have purchased Chinet Plates for 20 years or so. Have been buying them in large quantities for years. For a year or two the quality has been getting worse and worse. Looks like grease stains from machinery perhaps, along with foreign matter pressed into the plates plus ripped edges and now plates just coming apart with yellow stains. Had to toss just about entire package out this time so won't be purchasing them again. Either machinery needs an overhaul or perhaps the issue may be quality control.

I had rice beans, salad, and bbq ribs and my plate didn’t even bend while I held it. The juice of my chili beans didn’t soak the plate and make it wobbly.

Everything from planning an event on to a casual meal at home these are my go to plates. Its amazing how great the quality of these plates are, they're sturdy, durable, even when having sauces on the plate it holds up very well. Convenient meets comfort as the plates are lightweight, easy to grab & use. The Chinet Classic White lunch plates are now a favorite of mine & I definitely recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a whole set of Chinet plates/bowls/platter for a large cookout last night and couldn't be more pleased! No leakage from grease or butter soaking thru the pieces! I love the fact that they are biodegradable and compostable. The pieces are all tough and hold a lot of food. We stacked a huge pile of crawfish on the platters and plates and they held up very well since they are thick. No tears! Thank you Chinet!
