It stayed sturdy and we didn’t have the need for a table. However, do not use to cut anything on or for meats that are juicy. This is more for sandwich, BBQ food, nothing that will saturate paper.

I have been using Chinet for decades and appreciate the strong product construction and good reputation of the brand. I enjoy this plate and have used it to serve meals while reducing cleanup, especially if the meal is something juicy or messy.

Chinet provides me with a good sturdy surface that I can trust to hold heavy loads of food. I love to cook but nobody likes to cleanup after and these Chinet plates make it so cleanup is a breeze. These plates hold an entire meal with ease. I can cut a steak on them with no cutting through the plate. Sauces and creams are no problem either, they don’t bend or leak with viscous foods. I love that they are perfect for any occasion but most of all they are COMPOSTABLE! Yes, completely biodegradable and I throw them with the leftovers into the compost bin. This alone makes me a love these plates, because in today’s world it’s important to be a part of a sustainable solution.

They can hold a lot of weight and can handle heat. I feel confident using them knowing chemicals aren’t leaking into my food when in use. I love the fact that they are 100% compostable as well. This will definitely be one of my go to buys from here on out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These plate are quality, they don't buckle even with hot wet food. They are not polycoated so they can be composted, which is a huge plus. I would definitely recommend these plates for an event or party.

When you hear the name Chinet, you think of the creme de la creme of paper plates. Not at all with these plates. Any form of liquid or moisture on this plate and it is done for. Using a knife to cut something on this plate? Don’t, because you’ll cut right through the plate. These are the sorriest paper plates we’ve ever used. The Members Mark paper plates are very much like Dixie plates and are so much more sturdy and reliable. Buy anything else instead of these Chinet plates. You will not be sorry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for the kids lunch, so we didn't have so many dirty dishes, now that everyone is home. They hold up to whatever we put on them without cracking or bending. And if there is just crumbs on them they wipe off to be used again.
