Disappointed in quality of these plates.

The package we just bought has a high number of plates with a lot of black marks on them. Hard to believe that this would pas a Quality Inspection.

Leaked through

I buy these plates for special occasions. I bought the 80 pack round dinner plates and they leaked through. Very disappointed.
