When I got them it brought me back. I love them they’re very handy and sturdy. But if you let HOT steamy food sit long, as every paper plate, it’ll start to get flimsy. But it’s still good!

That said, I still prefer smaller paper plates for day to day use just since these are of higher quality and I’d prefer to save them for when I’m really loading up a lot on my plate (and this would especially be the case if/when I was actually paying for them since they do also come with a premium price tag—but you get what you pay for).

We were satisfied with the chinet plates because they were strong enough to hold all of our food. We also liked that they were eco-friendly, made from recycled material, and compostable.

I find myself also using these plates instead of a cutting board when I want to cut up an apple of tomato. I appreciate the elimination of having to wash dishes and that these are eco-friendly.

Only down side is once the plate gets a little heavy the sort of cave in when carrying them. Could be a little thicker to hold more weight. If they were for something light, maybe a dessert they work but not for a hefty dinner meal.

They are made very strong and resilient, so eating foods that have liquid, say cranberry sauce, baked beans, etc is no problem because these plates are strong enough to not get all soggy like other thinner plates. I love using these for dinner at our home to save on dishwashing, and they provide super easy cleanup. Will always keep some on hand!
